Kahu Beach Box: Lifeguard for your treasured gear.

The Back Story

For the many of us not fluent in Hawaiian, ‘Kahu’ roughly translates to ‘Guardian.’ The Beach Box, among other Kahu boxes, is a lifeguard for your treasured gear. It’s our team’s mission to protect your valuables from theft and the natural elements so that you can enjoy the beach the way you deserve to. We have outlined the proof of concept for the plan to license the rights to manufacture and sell the Kahu product suite so that our dream can reach the marketplace — eliminating the anxiety of what may happen to your valuables and opening up the outdoors for all to enjoy.

Millions of Americans workout per day, and that number is on the rise. We set out to investigate and alleviate the largest pain points in this daily habit.

-Researched users via in-depth interviews, ethnographic analysis and passive observations
