Internet Response Module for Employers (IRME)

The Back Story

IRME is a product my company created prior to my joining to help states use less paper during the unemployment insurance wage verification process. 

The Problem 

The current setup is confusing for employers. The flow is not clear to them, and the wage entry process doesn't always translate well to their everyday tasks. Many employers must enter hundreds of claimants worth of wages, each with an average of 18 weeks, which means a long slow, frustrating process for them.
